Reliable for hearth items

I've ordered from Plow & Hearth several times over the years, mostly for fireplace accessories. This time I got a new set of Fireplace Tools and a Hearth Rug. Everything arrived on time, about 5 days, which is pretty standard for them. Quality was consistent with my previous purchases, solid and well-made. Their stuff holds up well. I always come back because I know what to expect. My only minor issue was the rug color was slightly darker than it looked online, but not enough to bother with a return.

Solid experience, minor delivery hiccup

I ordered a new Electric Stove for our living room. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I appreciated the detailed product description. Delivery took 6 days to reach us in Ohio, which was a bit longer than I hoped, and the box arrived with a small dent, though the stove itself was undamaged. Setup was simple enough. The stove looks good and works as expected, giving off nice heat. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay. Overall, a good experience, just wish delivery was a touch faster and gentler.

Consistent quality, fast shipping

Another solid order from Plow & Hearth. I picked up some more Fatwood fire starter and a new doormat. Everything arrived quickly, about 3 days to my place. The quality is always reliable, just like my previous orders. They never disappoint, even though I wish they'd offer more payment options.

Quick shipping, good product.

Needed a new Log Rack. Ordered it from here. It shipped fast, got it in 3 days. Seems sturdy. No problems.

Decent throw pillows

I bought some Throw Pillows to update my couch. They look pretty nice, fabric is soft. Took about 5 days to arrive. One pillow had a loose thread on the seam, but I just trimmed it. Happy with the overall look for the price.

Great find for my garden!

Oh my goodness, I just received my new Garden Arbor and it's absolutely perfect! It arrived much quicker than I thought it would, just four days. It was really easy to put together, too. The quality is so much better than other places I've looked. It completely transformed my garden entrance! I am so happy with this purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again for more garden decor! Their selection is amazing. My only complaint is I wish they had even more colors for some of their items.

Good outdoor rug, shipping okay

I bought an outdoor rug for my patio. It looks really nice and seems durable, good value for the price. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple enough. Shipping took about a week, which felt a little slow compared to some other places. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about tracking, but I wish the tracking updates were more detailed.

Good value on outdoor seating

I was looking for some new Adirondack Chairs for my porch. Found a decent deal here. Shipping took about a week, which wasn't super fast but acceptable. The chairs came mostly assembled, just had to attach a few pieces, instructions were clear enough. Quality seems good for the price I paid, feels sturdy. I signed up for their emails and got a discount on my first purchase, which definitely helped make it a worthwhile buy. Glad I checked them out, felt like I got good value.
